Wedding MENU

Cocktail hour (choose 4-5 items)

Cocktail hour includes: Whole smoked sturgeon, decorated with fresh fruit, Sushi platters, Jumbo shrimp cocktail, Stuffed jumbo muscles and Scallops, Sweet melon with prosciutto, Strawberries, Grapes, Raspberries and Gourmet cheese platters,

Watermelon and feta cheese cubed on a skewer, Salmon salad on a cucumber  

Puff pastries filled with red caviar and whipped cream cheese, Pellegrino water and Cranberry juice.
